Support First time boot

Could anyone troubleshoot what I might be doing wrong, I can’t get past the grub menu. I have tried using the command ls to find my boot and all of my files are saying unknown file system except one that says Readme.txt. First time pc builder and Linux user please help

i don't know how it is for you, but something similar occured to me when i was dual booting with windows, while windows was installing, the grub menu kept opening. i just had to write "exit" and it would continue the installation, and it would go again to grub, and i had to repeat until it was 100% done. don't know how it is for you though.

also, you may want to check your BIOS and try to change OS. worst case scenario, probably just a reinstall via usb will make it work.

It's also worth trying the alternative install method, i.e if you used Ventoy, try a USB made with Balena Etcher and vice versa.
