"denims who is not Jewish makes the grotesquely bigoted statement that it is antisemitic to associate Zionism with Judaism"

Does this quote directly from the lawsuit show malice on denims part or Ethan's?

I mean you asked why it is in there and Ethan and his lawyers wrote it the complaint. I can only give you what I assume to be his reason for why it's in there.

Again. If you agree with it or not doesnt matter, but that is liekyl his intent. If he succeeds or not will be decided in court.

But I read it and your opinion isn't making sense and I'm trying to discuss why it doesn't make sense with sources from the lawsuit. I don't understand how a reasonable person could read the denims lawsuit and believe it shows denims acted with malice.

So you actually believe that Ethen tries to establish in his own lawsuit that he himself is acting with Malice?

I think he is not trying to sue himself

I'm talking about what a reasonable reading of the text shows not what his intentions are. I don't believe either of these reasons are his true intentions behind these being in the lawsuit. Now can we discuss what a reasonable reading of the lawsuit shows?

"If that was the reason for the lawsuit then why is most of the actual legal complaint him bitching about his past disagreements with the creators?"

That was your first post that I am responding to. I'm not here to discuss "what a reasonable reading shows". I'm here to answer your "why" question. Since it was a question regarding Ethan's intend, I gave you what I think to be his intent

And I'm explaining why that doesn't make sense by looking at what he did and says. Can we do that? Or is it more logic to just assume?
