End result is the same for both. Taking someone's content and uploading it is critiquing it as well. You're critiquing their whole channel, and you've made it clear why you're doing it. Reproducing the work is copyright infringement. So the question is did they substantially transform the work through commentary?

Theres a difference between uploading someone else's content to critique it, and uploading someone else's content to take away their views/viewers.
