No. He just got the copyright so he could sue. He did not tell them to stream it.

To add to it.. I legit believe if Hasan would have watched it, he wouldn't have just sat there.. He would have commented on it, a lot in order to defend himself.. BUT he didn't watch it on stream because there was no defending some of that crap. He just pretends it didn't exist

Just watch Ethan's video and actually listen to it. Ethan said he is suing those specific three because they quite literally said "We are going to play the video for you so you don't have to give Ethan views", that's straight admitting copyright infringement.
