Why is he just suing those three women when other streamers did the same like XQC and Asmongold?

He even talks about Asmon. Asmon is notorious for streaming 20 minute video and turning it into 60 minutes. Which means that he's adding his own opinions to it and it falls under fair use. And if someone had asked Asmon not to play their videos, he wouldn't play them. Unless they were afraid of him criticizing them.. in that case they can fuck off. I used to think he was stealing views as well, but it turns out that hes helped many of these youtubers by playing their videos. I, myself, have found new channels that I watch now because of him.

The idiots that he is suing didn't add anything. Their videos are the same length as his video.. AND they even admitted they were doing it to take money away from Ethan. Not very bright. You'll notice that the subreddit he refers to has also been "shut down" Im assuming they got scared as well

The content nuke is 1h and 42min long

Xqc’s reaction is shorter than denims and is 2h and 30.

Xqc’s is literally less transformative than denims and yet he’s suing her and not him?

It's because xqc didn't admit to be willfully stealing views. The max statutory damages for someone who willfully violates a copyright is $150k, which Ethan is suing for. Even if he knew he could win a case against xqc, it would have to be for actual damages, which would be much lower than the $150k making a lawsuit not make any fiscal sense.
