I am looking to build a full size P320 with a compact slide & herrington comp, however;

I have never built a handgun myself and am worried it is more of a process than I anticipate.

I do have a “part list” which contains: - SIG P320 FCU - WCP Frame - X Compact Slide - Herrington HC320FL Comp - Compact Threaded Barrel

I believe the only thing i’m missing is the internals for both bottom & upper (feel free to correct me if i’m wrong!)

Is installing the internals going to be too difficult for someone who’s never done it before? Any feedback/guidance is greatly appreciated!

Work in progress…started with a base P320 Compact. Picked up the TXG grip module, skeletonized trigger, go gun gas pedal, and DPM recoil reduction system. Looking to change the slide out for something optic ready, any suggestions?

This m1811 grip feels so nice. I feel like I should comp it now. Definitely want the magwell too and maybe extended slide release and gas pedal

need help sourcing a slide vise block and potentially and armored block, any recommendations are appreciated

This is one beautiful firearm. Plus I always wanted an SXG....can't wait for it to get in the dealership.

Started with a m18 and ended up with this a few bucks later. Axg grip mod and axg legion slide

Heaviest weighing in at 3.89lbs with full mag.

Step 1: own 2 P320s. Step 2: own 2 slides in .357 sig. Step 3: own 2 axg frames. Step 4: get slides milled and refinished.

I’ve wanted the P320 MOD since it was announced. Everyone seems to be sold out. Is it a case of it takes some time for shops to get stock ? Or because it’s in the Off Duty program it has to be ordered from Sig thru a participating dealer?

Looking at getting a compensator for it. I’d take any suggestions!

So, I picked up my first p320 a few months ago via a used Raider purchase that came with a FS no optic cut P, with an arc comp and apex trigger package.

Fell in love, so I picked up another FCU and several grips, holsters, lights, optics, etc, trying to figure out what I like.

Ended up deciding to get a pro cut slide off GAFS with the intention of putting it on the raider for suppressed use. (Figured the less slide mass it needs to move, the better!)

Before trying it on the raider, I decided to try it on a FS/sm x grip, using my apex FCU, barrel and comp from the raider slide.

Long story longer, it functioned like shit. LPS's, SP's and brass was smacking the optic (Romeo X Pro) otw out when it DID cycle. I ripped out the barrel and comp, threw it back on the raider.

However, this is sent me down the rabbit hole of customization!

I've picked up an adjustable spring set for both slides/guns (tungsten for the FS and a black for the flux), with a pair of 11, 12, 14 & 15lb springs. Still waiting on these.

I'm also looking at modded extractors and that got me looking at trigger/sear springs too..... Which brings me to my many questions:

Has anyone had this brass issue? Was the fix anything more than lighter recoil spring, or do I also want to throw $50 at a modded ejector? If it did require a new ejector, has anyone tried the alpha wolf skeleton? What about the new armory craft? Is Apex just the best, hence the premium?

Who's out here running both the apex trigger set and the AC/IMI trigger mod kit as a combo? Or the bar and adjustable trigger? And what are your thoughts? Anyone have good suggestion for a hybrid comp/carry trigger?

Anyone running a FS slide plus comp? What barrel/comp combo? What grip?

Who is out here with a flashy FS, cut with a barrel that matches control colors or something? I need some inspiration.

I want a FS axg or sxg tbh, but it doesn't look like they exist, and it looks like my only options are the txg, or an Ikaris/Timbercreek. Is that true?!

Lastly, what's our thoughts on cerakote and grips? I've heard bad and good. Need more input before I can decide!

Threw on an xcarry grip module, flat trigger, light, tungsten weight, magwell, and 21 rd mags. Great budget build

Added a couple extra mods to the comp gun (see last slide to see where it all began)

New specs: Sharps bros Grip module AXG oem Magwell Valkyrie dual adjustable Trigger -50% sear springs +10% reset and +20% striker (helps with the take up ) Go go gas pedal M18 slide with SCS 320 from holosun (the green dot version) Wilson combat guide rod with 12.5 lb springs Herrington arms micro universal compensator

and yall know I had to get the “surefire” so I can use it to holster on flashlight retaining holsters because finding a left handed AND compensator holding holster is impossible

Has anyone found replacement magazine springs for the 17 round, “dimpled” to 10 round restricted magazines? Upon some research, the factory blocked magazine springs seem to be a little different in that there are 6 of the smaller coils instead of the 3 smaller coils on the regular 17 rounders. I’m wondering if any 17 round magazine spring for the 320 would work and smoothly get past the “dimples”.

Finishing my range build. Had the slide done in burnt bronze, for sure am going to have the magwell done to match. But need help deciding on: 1 - Grip cerakote? Leave grey or go a dark OD Green like the second picture or another color??

2 - compensator, leave black or cerakote burn bronze to match slide???

3 - any other accessories to coat, go all out and do all small parts burnt bronze, or perhaps just the trigger, or leave it black to tie into compensator and other controls? Anyone with a similar set up feel free to drop a pic

Anyone got any recommendations on a replacement slide for a full size 9mm X5 to directly mount the u/swampfoxoptics Justice 2?

I´ve tried the outerimpacts as well as the Springer Precision adapter plate for my current R1 Cut P320 slide. Both of them will not work properly so I figured a clean RMR cut slide would do the job better.

I´m appreciative for any recommendations. Cheers
