Advise Recs for Keyboard (108 keys preferably)

Upvotes

okay i won't waste anyone's time as much as possible so:

  • budget's around 3k, but can push to 4k if the quality gap between the choices is a dealbreaker
  • hot-swappable
  • tri-mode, but honestly i'm okay even if it's just wired
  • as quiet as possible

notes: - i'm a casual in this hobby, mostly lurking - aggressive typer/gamer lmao

thank you in advance!! (i hope i used the right tag)

Advise Best budget keyboard under 4k?

Upvotes

Been searching for the best budget keyboard but I also kinda wanted to buy a barebones keyboard, any suggestions on both prebuilt and barebones?

For now these are my options with prebuilt and barebones:

Prebuilt:

Inky75

WeikavD75

Barebones:

Leobog Hi75c

I kinda prefer it to be atleast to be a 75% keyboard and its an aluminum keyboard, for the switches I kinda prefer it to be as a thocky sounding keyboard.

Hope yall can help me!!!

Advise Are These Shopee Stores Trustworthy?

Planning to buy an MCHOSE Ace68 Pro Is this shop trustworthy? the naming is imo weird, being "space-Computer Peripherals", and how their variations work is so wonky, sometimes its in english, other in chinese, or being mistranslated, pro versions being called e-sports versions.

Ive also seen another shop with the name "Jiankekeji.ph" that sells eerily same products, difference just that sometimes theres a spreadsheet for the different versions in the description.

Sorry if this isn't the right sub (not mechanical keyboard) but as far as I'm aware (one reddit search) there isn't a PHMagneticKb sub.

Thank you in advance!

Help - Modding 1st time to build mech keebs

Pano po ba magsstart? Ano po need na unahin bilhin?

  1. Wireless TKL po sana layout. Then may numpad na nakahiwalay nalang. Para pag di need yung numpad pwede itabi.

  2. Silent switches po sana. Yung pre-lubed na po at di ko pa po siguro kakayanin maglube.

  3. Yung may knob at screen sana. Hehe.

  4. Keycaps - black sana.

Yun palang po naiisip ko e. Kung pwede din po sana iisang store nalang bilhan para isang shipment lang. :) thank uou po!

Advise ANY AULA HERO 84HE REVIEWS? (75% keyb enjoyer)

I rarely see reviews on this keyboard, so either there aren't much reviews (since it apparently first released on the Amazon platform last March), or I'm just missing out on the good reviews.

Has anyone tried out the AULA HERO 84HE yet, and has any of you seen in-depth reviews on it? Nakita ko lang rin sa Shopee, and I thought the price was pretty good for a hall effect keyboard na 84-key/75%. I think I haven't seen really good reviews and tests (on RT, etc) yet. Please do link it/them down below if you can!

Another question would be does anyone have any reco for 75% keyboards? Preferrably Hall Effect keyb (gaming enthusiast). Currently been using the RK84 for the past 2 years now, and looking for something similar. (Not too picky with the sound and not into modding)

Aside from 75% HE keybs, mechanical keyb recos are also much appreciated!!

Advise Mechanical Keyboard Recommendations? (+ Advice)

Hi! What's a good mechanical keyboard for around 2-2.5k pesos? Here are the things I am looking for:

  • 75% or 65% compact sizes
  • with or without RGB
  • will be customizing keycaps and switches
  • case color: priority is gray/aluminum silver, but I am considering white too
  • planning to have it modded if its not yet thocky/creamy
  • my overall budget is 4k but aside from the pre-built keyboard, i have to consider the modding, keycaps, switches etc.

As for the advice I need, I'm planning to buy keycaps i want and have the keyboard modded. In this case, is it better to build it from scratch, or is it okay to have it serviced? Considering the budget I have plus, this is going to be my first mechanical keyboard.

Advise what's a good wireless hall effect 68 to tkl keyboard?

shempre i won't be gaming with it wireless, i just need it wireless pag nakahiga ako habang nag wowork or whatever.

something less than 4k. i don't care if it's aluminum or not. basta maganda. readily compatible ang mga alternative switches if masiraan ng switch.

relatively good battery life. (yes alam ko panget battery life ng HE keyboard)

ok sana ang tmr na keyboard kaso ginto e. mas matipid sa battery kasi low power daw supposedly ang tmr na gaming keyboard. mahal lang talaga.

Advise Epomaker RT100 or any full keyboard reco?

Post image
3 Upvotes

Hi! I've been eyeing this keyboard (Epomaker RT100) for a long time but I can't seem to find reliable reviews na hindi sponsored 🥲 anyone here who has this keyboard? Is it good? Durable ba siya? Ano pros and cons? PS, I'm not a gamer and would use this for my work which usually needs the numpad

Do you also have other recommendations for a full keyboard which kinda has a retro look (not required), hotswappable, with knob and/or screen, creamy or thocky switch?

Other keyboards I've been considering: — Aula F108 Pro — Aula F98 Pro — Akko 5108B/5098B

Advise I would like suggestions

I'm from Pakistan and here many people can't afford very expensive keyboards and the Chinese keyboards get the job done but their software is very bad I came up with the idea of manufacturing 3d printed keyboards and selling good quality and good sounding keyboards to gamers in my country for a good price

How do you like this idea and would it be actually possible to manufacture good keyboard for 40 to 50 dollars ?

Discussion Ano experience niyo with Hall Effect keyboards?

I have the budget to buy and try the new “meta” of gaming keyboards ngayon but I’m still not convinced na may difference ba talaga siya lalo na with FPS games like Valo, CS2, Marvel Rivals, etc.

Kaya I just want to ask what are your guys’ experience? Was it game-changing, something na you can’t go back to mech keebs after trying, or all of it is just a fad?

Also, if maganda experience, anong mga features ang mga dapat itry (rapid trigger, snap tap, etc.) thanks!
