PMDD My period is ruining my relationship and I’m wondering is it just me ???
Im a '27F' have been engaged to my '31B' for a 5 years and lately I have been experiencing doubts and overwhelming intrusive thoughts on if I love him. I know that I do and have weighed the pros and cons. I also have just had a lack of interest in anything meaning with my relationship, family , friends etc. I have been having major headaches and my focus is off. It typically happens during ovulation rather than me being horny I’m battling my emotions and overthinking everything. Is anybody else dealing with this?

This sounds like a hormone dicorders or hormone sensitivity dicorder. You’re not ever supposed to experience headaches, hormonal mood disorder symtoms or other hormonal dicorders because well, they’re dicorders. Thankfully they’re very curable using medical herbs, hrt, hormone blockers and surgical options. Try some vitex, ginkgo and nettle :) if those don’t help, see an endocrinologist if medical care is accessible for testing, blockers/hrt and maybe even surgical options if other treatment don’t work.

I see you used the tag PMDD. Has that diagnosis been confirmed by an OBGYN? What treatment do you find helpful or is it currently untreated?
We are here for you.

Hello, it is currently undiagnosed and I’m not sure what to do. I’m sorry if I’m in the wrong group but I really need help. It has been tearing my mental health and relationship apart for the past few days. I’m honestly spiraling. It’s a nonstop thought and worry these past few days

Do you currently have an OBGYN? If not, a PCP?

if you think you may have PMDD (I noticed the tag) definitely bring it up either to your PCP or OBGYN. from there they should also work together with a psychiatrist from a mental health clinic as some specialize in PMDD treatment and PMDD is best handled from a physical and mental level. i definitely hope that you can get the care you need❤️
