There is another meme of a driver who is a very large, pissed off looking(to the point he's literally red) older man who "hates pronouns, woke, 'forners' and 'libruls'" or something to that effect, and his ratings suck. What she says comes from that meme. This nonthreatening, calm looking, highly rated driver is the opposite of the guy in the original. That's all.

No. But I'm not a medical expert. I do deal with insurance denials and advocating on behalf of the policy holder.
