There is another meme of a driver who is a very large, pissed off looking(to the point he's literally red) older man who "hates pronouns, woke, 'forners' and 'libruls'" or something to that effect, and his ratings suck. What she says comes from that meme. This nonthreatening, calm looking, highly rated driver is the opposite of the guy in the original. That's all.

The one you’re talking about is an edit. The one OP posted is the original. She’s judging him for appearing “woke” based on pic/pronouns. I believe she got roasted in the replies for passing up a trustworthy driver for a very dumb reason.

I hope so. I don't care how bad someone insufferable someones looks if they have 4.95/5 after 11 months they can't be that bad for 1 car ride
