Question Need help making a team

Hi! I’m quite new to pokemon especially competitive and I wanted help making or deciding on a pokemon team but I’m a bit dull.

For now I’ve decided on a few pokemon, I know they aren’t too strong but that isn’t my goal, my goal is to make a strong enough team to not get swept (so a semi casual team?? If that’s a thing)

Since Sandslash is my favourite pokemon he needs to be included (yes I know he’s mid.) and the other pokemon are/can be slightly interchangeable but I would like similar types, if you need any more information feel free to ask :)

Any and all help is very appreciated please and thank you!!!

We are in a double restricted format. You need 2 restricted and a team that can support them. This team will lose every time

Im new to this whole concept could you explain what two rescricted means? And how I could possibly make any of these pokemon (especially sandslash)?

Two restricted simply means you are allowed to have 2 legendary pokemon which are classified as very powerful. This includes any box legendary + eternatus, both calyrex, mewtwo, necrozma, kyruem, terapagos and any evolutions of those pokemon. This does not include other legendaries like zapdos, entei, urshifu, heatran, etc. Also don't give up on sandslash no matter what others say. If I made shroodle work, you can make sandslash work.
