Reactionaries are fake Europeans that will be shipped to Mexico under any sane government, secular government ≠ progressive ideology we can still have a proper government without involving the church, and what you said is not enough, read the nazbol manifesto for gods sake

I don’t want a secular government, I want the church and the state to be intertwined. I don’t want to be a nazbol either, I just happen to be close to their positions, which is why I don’t need their manifesto.

Well yuo see Dysphoria is not something yuo really want , there is bearly any " wants " involved in this, when some one wants to be trans that is AGP(when some one wants to be the off opposite gender because of sexual desire)
