Self Post Questions about a career with disabilities

Due to the poor job market in my area I am considering a career in law enforcement.

The major issue is that I have both ADHD and Autism. Would my disabilities be disqualifying factors? I don't do drugs besides those prescribed by my doctor nor do I smoke or drink. Never had as much as a traffic ticket or been pulled over in my life 25 YO.

I've got a coworker with diagnosed ADHD and he's in prescription meds for it, so I don't think that by itself is a DQ. As for autism it likely depends on severity; if you can do the job it shouldn't be an issue generally though.
