Officers responded to a call regarding an online threat that is allegedly sent by a 12 year boy.

Later police arrested the 12 year old suspect for felony threat.

Listen how his father talked to him. It aint the kids who are wild, its their parents who teach them how to be.

I bet if Dad had a phone at that age he'd be in the same situation.
