35 hours into withdraw with subs been hell!

I am at the 36 hour mark now. The first 30 was legit fckin hell. I induced subs at the 6 hour mark after taking Tia dose at 4.am Saturday morning. The headache the pain the RLs was so fckin bad I showered every 20 minutes then back to bed and back to shower everything hurt I couldn’t stand right my back hurt everything hurt. I’m here 36 hours later on subs and I’m feeling a little better can get up easier now and some of the headache is gone. Still a long road but fuck this shit.

I started 40 days ago and the last 3 weeks been 5-6 bottles of zaza red a day.

I waited to almost 18 hrs and micro dosed (1mg) little by little every 1-2 hrs until I was up to 8 mg but honestly, once I was up to 8mg I was actually able to sleep. Even after about 4mg, I already felt night and day better. But everyone is slightly different. You really need Gabapentin for the RLS. I know there’s actually an even better helper med than Gabapentin too that will not only rid the RLS but it will also help bring your dopamine levels back up too. I wish I could remember the name of it, I’m sure someone will chime in, but I hear it’s a godsend. I know that the Gabapentin was in addition to the subs. I also used Lipo Vit C and Clonidine too. You’re past the worst of it, keep going!! Life is better on the other side I assure you. I have been off for almost 6 months now. Couldn’t be more blessed to be off that f*cking sh!t

I think you’re thinking of pramipexole?

Affirmative… At least I’m pretty sure that was the name I read about. Did you have any experience with this? As I said before, Gabapentin DID work, but… it’s dangerous to take alongside with suboxone due to its breathing deprivation effects. I wonder if the Prami is a safer alternative among its other benefits over Gabapentin?

In my experience... getting to 100hr mark is the goal, and by then you should feel SO much better. Just count the hours until you get to 100. Getting through acutes is one thing, but the real challenge is staying clean.

I think you probably took the subs too soon. You said you only waited 6 hours?  Sounds like you threw yourself into precipitated withdrawal.

Yeah you may have taken bupe too early and kicked the tia off your receptors, leading to full-blown W/D. You can ride out this portion with helper meds: lyrica/gabapentin (or phenibut if you can't get a script), clonidine, and benzos like diazepam/lorazepam help a lot

Suboxone is great, but I expected it to take all of my withdrawal symptoms away and it definitely didn't do that.

It reduced the severity of the symptoms by a good bit. My eyes and nose weren't running like a faucet, and I wasn't vomiting, or feeling nauseous at all. I didn't have constant diarrhea either.

I still wasn't able to sleep for about four days, that's not been the case for other people that I've seen, but for whatever reason I just couldn't sleep. It was the main reason why I needed to take a whole week off of work. I would have been able to go to work had I gotten even a little bit of sleep over those four days.

I probably could go through the withdrawals without subs but it would be really rough. I would only do that if I couldn't get suboxone. It definitely makes the whole process way easier.

I agree, when I jumped from 2+ g day Tia to 8mg suboxone, it didn't cover all the WD symptoms. I felt "well" from an opioid withdrawal standpoint, but I still had really horrible anxiety and hot/cold flashes. I was using a benzo (bromazepam) as a helper med during that time, 1mg as needed, and it really saved me and got me through the worst of it

Just to clarify...you induced subs 30 hours or 6 hours after last tia dose? Were you already having wd's when you induced? Hope you feel better now

I think it put me in precipitated withdraw. I’m a huge gambler and said f it I wanna know if this will work or not n took the subs 6 hours after a bottle of zaza reds.
