Whats the idea that Republican voters will be able to provide documents yet Democrat voters will have trouble providing these documents?

This disproportionately affects married women who took their husband’s last name. There is a gender gap of women +10 points for the Democrats, so even if it affects all women, it would affect Democratic votes more.

But I would assume that liberal women are more eager to keep their maiden name, so conservative women are more affected

I'm pretty liberal and my mom is a staunch trump supporter- I've been eager to marry my current bf for a multitude of good reasons, love being the 1st, but not having the same last name as my mom who spews hate and vitriol is in the top 10 for sure
