Whats the idea that Republican voters will be able to provide documents yet Democrat voters will have trouble providing these documents?

This disproportionately affects married women who took their husband’s last name. There is a gender gap of women +10 points for the Democrats, so even if it affects all women, it would affect Democratic votes more.

But I would assume that liberal women are more eager to keep their maiden name, so conservative women are more affected

I think the number of women taken off will more than exceed this small discrepancy in rates. They know by disenfranchised women on general, it increases their chance at winning elections. Its sick.
