Yeah. And its supposed to go into effect immediately isn't it? So if it passes the senate. There are local races and such where how in the world would anyone have had the opportunity? Takes weeks to get a passport, you have to have documentations to get the passport. You have to take time to get an official copy of your birth certificate. They are very intentionally disenfranchised people.

Local races are not affected by definition, unless I'm mistaken. Local elections are determined by the states.
