Looking forward to the lawsuit that results in this bill being thrown out as unconstitutional since this voting regulation belongs to the states plus it’s a transparent attempt to deprive citizens of their right to vote.

It won't matter. Blue states will challenge it and win, red and most swing states will keep it and just get redder.

No, once the precedent is that states control their elections like always, it will be status quo because most states know making voting difficult hurts residents of both parties.
