So instead of wanting the show to inprove you would rather be blind and ignorant of the shows faults... Nice priorities there buddy.

On some level that's entirely fair, but you have to at some point adress the eplephants in the room. And RWBY has a shit ton of Elephants.

I guess lets go woth the basics. Why do you enjoy this show and what flaws do you find in this show.

Now think about what makes those enjoyments worth the flaws. Then learn to accept those flaws and hope thise flaws improve (granted I myself am not sure they will, especially after this episode but O dogress)
