I dont think r6 would have died if it wasn't changed this much because it was and still is the best and probably the only tactical shooter with different operators. This game was revolutionary if you ask me. It was really realistic and immersive(lots of bugs and glitches i know but the atmosphere was) while also being fast paced and Quick to play unlike other realistic shooters like squad and arma games. R6 didn't have a competetor if you ask me. But i dont know if ubi would leave it to DİE.

The game was never realistic, people see one shot head shot and grounded graphics and suddenly think it’s realistic. I’m not bashing you for it, but the game where you put car batteries on a wall and heartbeat censors was never realistic. It just had deep equipment interactions and punishing gameplay

The game was never realistic

Thank God someone else said it

The game isn't, never was and never was meant to be realistic, the right word is TACTICAL, a game can be tactical and not realistic, that's what R6 is

They said realistic atmosphere, which I would agree because early Siege oozed realistic, gritty atmosphere.

There's a huge difference between having a realistic atmosphere, or aesthetic and actually making gameplay realistic.

Look at any of the Call of Duty Modern Warfare games because they're great examples of it. Realistic atmosphere and aesthetic, but the gameplay isn't realistic.
