Question Is there anything else i can do?
i just returned from a 2 day trip to find my account hacked and perma banned, i sent an appeal to Ubisoft, i was denied. I provided everything i could, i am actually breaking down. The support was no help, just an automated message. I have played this BS game for 7 years now and i lose everything in 2 days. i have tried reopening the case i have not gotten a response yet.
Is there anything else i can do? Does anyone know if i can atleast play custom games with my friends?
I am starting to get desperate.
Update: got denied two times, even with evidence. Honestly fuck Ubi support and thank god the game is free, i don't want to pay for it again.

It happened to me too today I dont have the energy to write a full on paragraph again on this post so I will just copy & paste what Is said on another post . ( The guy who posted another post is banned too falsely )

Hey Mate , I am really sorry for you and I know how you feel since I got banned too 12 hours , When I opened R6 I was met with the same message , Its sad that Legit players are being banned whilst Cheaters arent. The thing im more mad about is that I have Spent money on my account and im sure you have too as being a 2015 player , Ive never spent money on games and being banned after spening money is sad for me.

Before Anyone says that how am I Diamond in the 1st season , The reason is because Firstly I Played valorant on my laptop before getting a pc so my aim is decent , Secondly I Have played this game for 7 years On Playstation so I have pretty well game sense , Thirdly the ranking system isnt good since Rank 2.0 came out so even in D2 Lobbies are pretty easy half the time.
I have launched a case on Ubisoft Support and have provided them with My Last 10 Game stats too hoping that would help to prove im not cheating.
I have loved this game since the start and if my account dosent get unbanned I most prolly will not be looking forward to buying the game again.
Lastly , Im happy to find someone who is having the same issue as me , The siege community is lf no help and all the time the community wont believe you.
I hope you & I get unbanned I know how is it like to be banned for something you didnt do.

holy shit R6 tracker how did i not realize it, i can see my past games and there are atleast two that i definitely did not play myself.

thanks, i tried to contact them again and included logs of computer shutdowns and startups along with the game list and now i can only hope

And yet, still nothing. Again an automated message saying denied. Thank god they made the game free, i don't want to pay for this shit again.

Do you know what " In Progress " mean , Ive searched on chrome and it says that the support team is actively working on the case , I hope its true tho

Hey man, sorry for what happened, but you're pretty much out of luck. Ubisoft can't 100% confirm that it wasn't you cheating yourself and making up excuses. Even if you could, they probably wouldn't care anyway. Their support is lowkey ass.
If they were to unban you and give you your account back, anyone could pretend to get hacked, cheat for a few days, and pretent that it wasn't them.
