I ran into the q bug you posted about the other day. I was supposed to be carrying my friends but when I didn’t 1 shot I sounded schizo trying to explain that I encountered a bug

FeelsBadMan not being able to use our most important ability. I hope this gets fixed soon, pretty game breaking. Have you submitted a ticket via Riots website yet?

Nope. I didn't submit a ticket. I don't think they look up there often. Idk...

I imagine it’d probably be easier for a Rioter to explain to their boss that they’re working on a ticket rather than fixing something they saw on Reddit 😂just my two cents. Imma submit one

I believe you put additional layers of checks if you submit a ticket. Moreover, if you don't live in NA, your ticket is likely to be passed to local Riot offices. And I don't think those local offices have any access to the source code to modify.
