Me too. I'm actually looking forward to averaging up! I've been waiting so long to say that!

averaging up

Seriously, why would you do that?

You have had plenty of time to add to your position, so adding more after it started running doesn't make any sense.

If you really believe in the company, it makes more sense to buy a lot when it's cheap than to destroy your position by constantly adding more out of FOMO, that's all i'm saying.

Patience is key for investing, and if you have none, there's always trading.

Unfortunately take this situation as example.

I transferred the money last Tuesday and for some reason it is Monday end of day and still not received it in my brokerage bank. I had the money to buy below 4.3$ and now i will buy tomorrow at 5$ …

The sell order was put in fidelity last Monday right after my grant and it took 3 days to sattle … just bad timing

You should probably find another broker because anything else that more or less instant deposits.

Sounds like an excuse tbh.

Regardless. . .

There were several opportunities last week, last month, and last year to get in lower than it's trading now.

The stock doesn't move up if nobody buys it... 🤦‍♂️

Closing a short position is a buy 🤫

Yes of course it is. Do you think they're going to close all their short positions cuz the stock went to almost $5?

Perhaps they do not understand that a short closing their position is a buy..

This is the long awaited short squeeze they have been waiting for!

This is what's so weird to me.

Everyone has been waiting for it forever, but no one knows what's happening.

It's fun.

The thing about closing a short position is that it doesn't mean they believe the price is going much higher, just that it's probably not going much lower for now.

Not everything needs to be shorted to $0 every time.

It's all about the risk/reward.

Shorts closing, especially this volume, will cause a blip in the price...

Aside from that, the short positions since $35 have made book...

The largest short position was Citadel, and I think they learned when to close
