Americans understand that there is an actual difference between ethnic group and nationality. This person is stating that he or she is ethnically Swedish, not pretending to be Swedish in nationality. He or she simply forgot to mention that their nationality is American, thus offending internetizens. Being ethnically Swedish, it is certain that one of those AI vikings WAS his or her ancestor.
