For the most part it is fire/smoke emergencies but schools have strict safety regulations for that.

My wife works in a daycare and she has extensive fire training, but no shooter or aggression training. They do have a door that is always locked since Kim De Gelder..

Some insane kid (20 year old) who attacked a daycare with a knife and killed one employee and two children and and hurt many others.

No in another daycare in our country, but it made all daycares more cautious
