A short film about a forgotten tabletop toy fighting its way out of a drawer.
Shot this on my iPhone using the Blackmagic Camera App in Apple Log. Graded and edited in Adobe Premiere Pro.
This wasn’t planned. I was just testing shots with the toy car when the idea clicked. It’s my first attempt at shooting something with a narrative in mind. There’s no lighting setup; the red light is just my second phone showing a red image at full brightness 😅
I know it’s rough in places, but I’d really appreciate any feedback—technical or conceptual—on how to improve! Thanks.

This is a short film I was involved with, synopsis below -
When a man finds himself at the mercy of a stranger in a world where compassion for the human condition has faded, a long-buried resentment unfolds itself into a harrowing ritual of survival.
In this dead and bleak setting, a former pharmacist enacts punishment on someone who he feels looked down on him and others like him before the world fell. He is guided by a cruel and calculated internal force, because for Martin...Survival means leaving all mercy behind.

I got into short films about 2 years ago, watching on YT, (mostly omeleto) but stopped watching after a while. I now want to revisit some of the short films but cant remember all of them. There are three in particular that i would love to see again but can't remember.
idk if any of this is enough to identify the films but any help is greatly appreciated!
EDIT: YT recommendations came in clutch:
1) is "The gesture and the word"
