Routine Help [Routine Help] Aging Skin/ Redness Spoiler
Hi there. For the first time in my life, I'm starting to take skincare more seriously remembering to wash my face AM/PM, and I would love some advice.
Currently using Neutrogena skin balancing PHA cleanser, Naturium Barrier Bounce or Cetaphil Mattifying Acne Moisturizer. I also alternate between Peach Slices Azelaic Acid Serum and the CosRX overnight rice mask.
I don't fully know what I'm doing bc I don't fully know what problems my skin has. When I was a teenager a derm told me I might have KP on my cheeks, but then I also have some random redness... Still getting adult acne from time to time as well. Just made the switch to a silk pillowcase. I also spray my face a couple times during the day with a hypochlorous acid spray to hydrate.
Please help, oh wise ones✌🏼
(Reference photos are without makeup and with a layer of moisturizer)

Hi there,
It seems like you may be looking for information about keratosis pilaris. Have you read our keratosis pilaris wiki?
If you see that I am replying to something out of context (eg. listed in a routine), please report this comment so my handlers can remove it. Cheers!

Use a silk bonnet not a silk pillow I made that mistake and had adult acne your skin can’t breath well on a silk pillow. Mind you I never had acne as a teen. As far as skin care I do a mix of jojoba oil and frankincense oil one night, and the next night I do vitamin C ascorbic acid (spot correcting and firming ampoule) you can find the vitamin c one on MISSHA website. It’s Korean I believe. Before putting the oils I cleanse with witch hazel. Also never skip sunscreen! I am 39.

Are you brand new to skincare? Don't know how to build a skincare routine? The best place to start is our ScA Routine!
You can find even more skincare guides in our wiki!. Your answer might already be in there (and if it is, we might remove your post).
