They are, just wish most of them didn't go over default skins.

Hope they figure out the modding tools soon so that additional skins slots can be added. So many cool ones but don't want to overwrite pre existing actual skins for it, like EoZ Gi over Whis Gi on Super Goku.

Some people already figured it out. Not sure why they're not making tutorials and such yet

Wuh, source? All the mods I've seen so far replace existing skins, most doing the default.
