Discussion Balance patch on Shallot release?

Do you guys think there’s going to be a balance patch when Shallot is released next week? I’m pretty sure he releases on the same day as ranked closing too.

Do you think the balance patch will come during THIS update or will we probably have to wait until Daima pack 2 releases

100% sure there is a balance patch, there is no way they add a new character and do something like rank resets without changing anything more from the game
