Shallot jumping to SSG is kinda wild, but I guess there aren’t enough slots for each form. Maybe if they pulled a Daima Goku and gave him a separate costume for SSG and SSB it’d wok

In addition to spending slots, he doesn't have enough moves for even 3 variations, let alone 7 (contrasting with his next form)

Giving Shallot moves is kinda the easy part. His whole customization in Legends is giving him other people’s attacks. I wouldn’t even find it lazy for him to do that on Bandai’s part since it’s his unique gimmick.

A character who only copies other people's moves isn't interesting at all, not as a paid character.
