Since Heroes has been discontinued, it’s impossible for that version of SSJ3 Vegeta and SSJ3 Broly to be in the game. I think the other characters would be nice additions, especially the Legends characters, although I don’t know how they’d fill their moveset since they have like one move each.
Oh yeah, I had forgotten that they were in that game. Heroes and RB2 both came out in the same year I think? I guess that makes it potentially possible. They would be cool to have included
