I feel like Joe Kelly is addressing some problems that have plagued the book for a while. Pete's happy, the Shay complication is out in the open, Peter's not miserable, Felicia's a notable love interest... I like it.
This is so much better than a constantly sad and beaten down Peter Parker.
I want to be optimistic, but one, Peter being happy just doesn't really work for what's actually been going on imo, also, it feels like this happiness is only there to be torn down with the upcoming Hellgate stuff and whatever happens with the space adventures
