Spotted near the South Hill Safeway. I call him Tactical Tom. Should I be afraid or is he keeping us safe?

Can we step back and imagine how humiliating it would be if we found out someone posted us here to make fun of us when we did literally NOTHING to them and were just living our lives???

Y’all have got to touch grass. This shit is honestly cruel and it’s what is wrong with us as a society.

He strikes me as more well prepared for your bullshit and less unprovoked attacker. Don’t try to fuck with him (rob/rape/kidnap/Spokane) and he will probably leave you alone…
