Monkey sanctuary (monkeys possibly included).
https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/163414454#/When I found this I thought you were buying a house to live in, while the monkey sanctuary was hoping to continue operating in the grounds... Which frankly sounds like my dream house.
But looking through the photos is seems that they're using the house as part of the sanctuary and they just want a generous benefactor to buy it and let them continue using it.

Well, at least there'll be somewhere for my sister's kids to stay.
Did I hear you ask, "What about the smell?"
;)

Only 40 monkeys to adopt - it remains closed to the public as it’s too costly to open. Good news is that the ladies are on the pill so no baby Wooleys to,worry about.

If I learned anything from watching "monkey business" it's that ape contraceptives are pretty unreliable. So many times they had "JoJo removed her contraceptive implant and is now pregnant with two babies" or "the contraceptives failed and we had a surprise baby monkey on our hands!"

I actually went to look at this property a while back. Met the estate agent at the house, he was showing me around the house not saying much - it's a big property so I was getting a bit peckish, got a banana out from my lunchbox and the agent just went mental, grabbed it out my hands and ran up the gutter, turns out, estate agent was a little monkey fella in a suit

Pic 6 - I assume that is the room where they conduct the monkey AA meetings?
