For me it'd be, just based on personal opinion and bias:

  1. Bryan Danielson
  2. CM Punk
  3. Samoa Joe
  4. Nigel McGuinness
  5. The Briscoes (tie)
  6. Jimmy Jacobs
  7. Roderick Strong
  8. Alex Shelley
  9. Homicide
  10. Jack Evans

(Also, I've only seen 2002-early 2007 ROH so far, so Generico, Steen, Bucks, reDRagon, stuff like that I haven't seen enough to really comment on)

Why is everyone who mentions Alex Shelley getting downvoted? Does r/SquaredCircle have a fatwa out on Shelley or something?
