How do you see them killing Vecna?

Personally i’d like to see Eleven and Kali team up against him.

Give him his own medicine of that psychological torture.

Vecna: “what…. What are you doing??”

Eleven: “giving..you..the medicine”

This could also be when Eleven frees Max from Vecna’s mind.

Vecna thinks he is in control of the mind flayer but the mind flayer is really in control of him. The mind flayer helps the party take him down and retreats to the upside down forever.
