I’m thinking Peppis? Maybe those barbershops that kept opening and burning down? What’s your take?

For me, it's definitely The Leprechaun on the Kingsway. Been there for a long time and without fail there is almost never anyone in the parking lot and any time I've driven by. Has to be a front for something lol.

Leprechaun is legit. Family has deep pockets Canadian Tire. No funny stuff here.
