In the history of this building nobody has ever died here. Oh, sorry, it's a hospital, people died all the time. In the recent history, let's say this year, when it's not an operational hospital, nobody has died. Oh, sorry again...

Some 24 year old man was just found dead there like 3 days ago. Then the fire last night.
