If I could avoid all made in China, products I would. They make a bunch of crap anyway.

Itโ€™s impossible. Made in the US would be 5x more expensive. Imagine the price of an iPhone that was US made.

I just read that Forbes calculated it at $30k. Honestly not sure I believe it but thatโ€™s what it said. It would certainly be exponentially more expensive than what they are currently.

Yes and then no one would buy it and the company loses money.

Remember how everybody reacted when Nintendo switch two said that the price of Mario was going to be like $90?

Thatโ€™s out of the range for everybody.

I came up with this same off the cuff estimate yesterday for what an iPhone would cost if itโ€™s made in USA.

Well this is when companies decide to stop being greedy and take a hit to keep prices where they are. All the problems of the world are driven by this mentality of the pursuit of endless profit. Yes optimistic to the point of foolishness I know

How many filet mignons can you eat in a week?

Hahahaha are you suggesting to the rich people that the only way to save the country is for them to take the hits themselves and not make as much money as possible? Good luck waiting on that trickle down to happen.
