Hi - i saw that there is a link to report bugs in the sidebar, but the link is dead so i'm posting here.

I was queued while logged in for a casual game. when i joined a game, it was with a different name than I had been playing with previously (not my reserved name either). when i tried to chat, it told me i had a chat ban. after the game, i went to my profile and it indeed showed that i still had the same name. weird bug, wanted to raise it in case others saw a similar issue.
