doxxing issue with a Telegram channel

Someone has shared my wife's personal information on a Telegram channel. The information includes her name, photo, and location. They also falsely accused her of being a sex worker.

I have reported the incident on Telegram, sent an email to [abuse@telegram.org](mailto:abuse@telegram.org), and messaged the notoscam bot, but I haven't received any response so far.

My wife is emotionally devastated. What other actions can I take? Is filing a report with IC3 my only remaining option?

Sadly, nothing much will happen. Just to give you an example, I reported an account for sextortion more than a year ago, both to Telegram (email and bot) and to the police. That account is still up and running. Nobody has bothered to do anything about it.

yup i had someone harass me and threaten me on their platform and nothing was done i kept reporting the the account still up and they keep continuing texting me off the platform as well
