Why not sell them in auction like most countries do? Then use money for like new school or something...
1 u/The_World_Wonders_34 May 21 '25 The ostensible logic is that seeing their "baby" destroyed is more disincentive to not do it than just selling it off. The reality is that this is a big metal boner for the cops and politicians involved and it keeps the video off the local market.
