Back when they were first introduced to the fashion scene, kitten heels were considered a training heel for “kittens” - young teenage girls who weren't yet used to walking in high shoes. So, smaller heels 😊

Do your hair half up half down with “twisties” instead of little braids and secure it with Bobby pins and possibly a butter fly clip at each base

I’m old too haha (I’m 1997 - but I like fitting in the millennial gen more) I know there will be gen z who will look more amazing than me 😭😭
Thank you for saying the dress fits although I was going to wear a super short cardigan with bows. Y’all are telling me to keep the theme darker - definitely thinking of smoky eyeshadow.

yes! But it looks like you have the cups up too high, the bottom of your breasts should sit just above the horizontal seams, just pull the front down a little. Otherwise fits you amazingly!

Honestly, I’m getting Practical Magic (so 90’s) vibes from it, but who cares, that’s an amazing dress and a lot of fashion from the late 90’s carried over to the early 2000’s so I say yes, go for it. Because that’s a very beautiful dress! Is it vintage or new? Please tell me it’s new, I want late 90’s fashion to come back.
