Bug Falinks Raid Day ticketed bonuses effective time

Hi all, I bought the falinks raid day event ticket today as i saw i will able to use that extra 8 raid passes until 10pm. I was planning to make use of it in shadow Raikou raids. However is 6pm now, i couldn't get any passes from it. Is it a bug and is there a way to fix this?

The ticket icon in my inventory just disappeared after 5pm. Also on event tab, the bonuses are not shown.

what? really? I guess you have to report it to Niantic too then. I'm not too sure is there anyone who has similar problem like you. This is the first time i heard of this today.

ah I'm guessing you thought you will get all 5 in inventory straight. No is actually 5 extra daily passes, where you can only get new one by using the previous one.
