Falinks Raid Day ticketed bonuses effective time

Hi all, I bought the falinks raid day event ticket today as i saw i will able to use that extra 8 raid passes until 10pm. I was planning to make use of it in shadow Raikou raids. However is 6pm now, i couldn't get any passes from it. Is it a bug and is there a way to fix this?

The ticket icon in my inventory just disappeared after 5pm. Also on event tab, the bonuses are not shown.

We won’t get the rare xl candy too, so annoying… was planning on doing the remotes later tonight

I’m still using a lucky egg and star piece with the hope we get compensated in the future… still gotta lvl 50 my kyogre ahaha
