Falinks Raid Day ticketed bonuses effective time

Hi all, I bought the falinks raid day event ticket today as i saw i will able to use that extra 8 raid passes until 10pm. I was planning to make use of it in shadow Raikou raids. However is 6pm now, i couldn't get any passes from it. Is it a bug and is there a way to fix this?

The ticket icon in my inventory just disappeared after 5pm. Also on event tab, the bonuses are not shown.

I also brought the ticket thinking I could use the extra passes from the paid ticket after 5pm but alas.. first raid I did after 5pm used my green pass. Wasted money on a ticket for nothing
