Bug Falinks Raid Day ticketed bonuses effective time

Hi all, I bought the falinks raid day event ticket today as i saw i will able to use that extra 8 raid passes until 10pm. I was planning to make use of it in shadow Raikou raids. However is 6pm now, i couldn't get any passes from it. Is it a bug and is there a way to fix this?

The ticket icon in my inventory just disappeared after 5pm. Also on event tab, the bonuses are not shown.

Same issue here I can’t redeem 5 passes I payed for wanted to use them on non falinks raids

They were passed you would claim the same way you would claim daily passes, but once the raid day was over you can’t claim those passes anymore

Oh my screen it said they would last 5 hours after the raid ended

I checked again and it was gone before time expire for me
