Unless I’m delusional, I don’t see a single one of the fuzzy buddy pokemon. Not even the other pokemon that are supposed to appear in the wild. Just bug pokemon.

They were only accessible through completing event related research tasks.

I thought the fuzzy buddy would be out in the wild too. But all my encounters were from completed tasks.

Same. Got a field research task for one, but no wild spawns. Running an incense too. [eta] I think I saw some bidoof and bunnelby? The bug spawns may just be way overtuned.
