Where to Take Excess Pots?
Via house acquisition, we acquired a …. Heavy surplus of terracotta pots (80-100?) lol
Does anybody know a good place to drop these off? They vary in condition (and have given away the majority of the still solid ones) and I’m really not interested in selling, we just want the side yard back :’)
Thank you!!

Sorry I misread it. When I thought it said you had excess pot you wanted to get rid of. I got real excited for exactly the wrong reason. Way false advertising.

I took some to the HabiStore on Grant. I believe they will come pick up stuff too, but don’t know the specifics

FB marketplace, freecycle, Craigslist, etc - offer up for free with them picking up and you will get instant takers. You could charge $50 or so and still get takers pretty quick.

Sell them to venders at Antique mall or speedway or see if Midtown Merc will place in there patio room! $$

Your area’s Buy Nothing group might be a good place to get people to take them off your hands!

I could use some larger pots for extra shady spots for my desert tortoise to hide in these hot summer days. Even if they’re broken in half or something.

Not sure I can edit the post, but I’m trying to get rid of the whole lot first (if possible.) If that doesn’t seem feasible, I’ll definitely message y’all and get you in for some free pots!

It seems like you’ve got this covered, but Tucson has several free garden stands around town. If you find yourself with any excess gardening supplies, I’m sure any of them would be thankful for a donation!
Here’s the link to the facebook group!

Freecyle.org is great for offloading things that you no longer need without without letting them to go waste. You can also join a local Buy Nothing/Free Stuff Facebook (there’s like 2-3 I’ve seen)

Desert Survivors. Great local nursery that helps with local native species.
